these pills are amazing ! both my boyfriend and i have struggled with weight loss for over a year, and of course the hardest part is overcoming cravings and temptations. well this pill does the trick- wonderfully! from the very first day, we both noticed that our hunger and cravings dimished substantially!!! it also gave me a boost of energy that really helps too, (although, the boost of energy seems to have diminished when i take it now). but they remain to keep our appetites down, so much so that we almost have to force ourselves to eat our normal meals. not only does it curb your appetite, but it also seems to have made cravings for bad, fatty foods almost non-existant.
my boyfriend has lost 10 pounds, and i have lost 14 pounds in 2 weeks on these pills !!! in the two weeks we have just done very little exercise- about 20 minutes a day, but no cardio.
SIDE EFFECTS: it has made us both constipated, so we have been drinking laxative tea at night to help with that. it will also make you very thirsty, so drink plenty of water. and also, when reading about the ingredients(all natural), i found that 2 of the ingredients serve as a cleanser to your liver and spleen. which can lead to a more foul body odor and also mild headaches.
i would higly recommend this product. in reading some other reviews, it does appear it doesnt work for all people. but its so cheap it wont hurt to try it. it has certainly worked wonders for both of us. and we are continuing to take them.

Before I started taking Meizitang I weighed 310lbs. I was told by my primary care physician and my OBGYN that I needed to lose weight. My OBGYN advised me that she would like to for me to lose 40 lbs before she would be comfortable giving me a surgery to fix my reproductive issues. I started the traditional diet and nothing worked. I learned of Meizitang thru a colleague at work. She gave me a week's supply (one pill a day for me) and I noticed immediate results after about two days of taking them. The first day I got a boost of energy and my appetite was non existent and by the second dosage on the second day I had lost 2lbs and still no appetite. In my taking the pills I have learned 3 things 1) you must remember to eat, it will curb your appetite 2) you must drink plenty of water, they will make you thirsty 3) you must find a way to rid yourself of the constipation you can experience with taking them. I also found that it can create a bad taste in your mouth sometimes...quick fix drink water!!! I have never had a product that worked as well as these pills do and I am still taking them after 3 months, I am down 40lbs.. I have been overweight all my life because I am genetically pre-disposed to obesity and I have never experiencing anything that works as well as these pills do. I have read comments where they didn't work for some, all I can add is it may not work for everyone, but they did for me!!! I even had my doctor have a look at the ingredients and she was quite please that I had lost weight and from the natural botanical pills. Thanks Meizitang!!!!!

THIS PILL REALLY WORKS AND I LOST 13 POUNDS IN TWO MONTHS, FOR ME USUALLY TAKES ME LIKE UP TO SIX MONTHS TO DO IT. I ALSO LOST 4 INCHES FROM MY HIPS AND 6 FROM MY WEIST.

I barely received the pills two days ago, so I decided to immediately start yesterday August 21, 2010. By this morning I had already lost 2 lbs. Now, I usually don't post anything or even reviews. This time though, I am going to provide an update next Sunday to show you if I lost more weight, just like everyone else claims.
Effects I have felt so far:
Thirst and headaches, but the greatest thing of all, IT HAS CURVED MY APPETITE. I am astonished, let me say that again, IT CURVED MY APPETITE, I did not gorge on the fries when we went out to eat today and I have felt like eating less in these two days. Now, I can't say it will happen the same way with everyone, so far the only dreadful thing is headache. Anyways, maybe the side effects will get better within a week. I will keep you all updated.

Sorry guys it did not work and no weight was lost. I gained the weight back the following day and nothing has been lost since I have been taking the pill. I stopped taking it today.

So I just purchased these pills and all i have to say is that they are amazing, like everyone else they have tried everything and the weight would just stick there like glue I started taking these on Friday woke up took the pill and had a healthy breakfast during the day i didnt have any symptoms I woke up the next day and crossed my fingers as i steped on the scale hoping i lost something i exercised like crazy, ate good meals and didnt cheat.. i opened my eyes and i lost 2 LBS, right then and there i was motivated i woke up the next morning and did the same thing i was for once excited to get on the scale and start weighing myself i got on again and was down another 2 LBS, i know this is just water weight but thats what I need to lose first then the real stuff will start coming off, its a good motivation, I am only 158 but now 154 at 5'10 but im hoping to lose about 30 more pounds, so we shall see!! if your looking for a good diet pill I suggest theses.
