I was trying to lose a few pounds before a cruise to the Caribbean. I am not a large person (weighing in at 130, 5'7"), but I wanted my bikini to look awesome so I tried this stuff on a whim. Shockingly, I lost 8 pounds in a week. That was kind of scary so I stopped taking it the day before my cruise. The energy boost from this stuff is close to that of 5-Hour Energy, but I was jittery at all. I did mild exercise and wound up looking great. It could be water weight that I lost, but this review comes three weeks after my cruise and I haven't put the weight back on. Only confusing thing was that there was 30 days worth of pills? Packaging says 7-days, but I guess that's not a valid complaint, lol!
